ClubDB is a record keeping software program for Awana Clubs. It helps manage family and clubber contact information,
attendance, handbook progress, and awards. ClubDB uses a simple menu and form-based interface with multiple screens, as
well as a standard MS Access database.
It was created in 2002, and designed to run on computers with Windows 95 or later and very
low-end hardware. Over the past eight years, ClubDB has been used in almost 400 churches around North America, both in the
States and in Canada.
Unfortunately, because of ClubDB's age and the technology on which it was originally built,
ClubDB has become more and more difficult to maintain and upgrade. For this reason we are discontinuing support of ClubDB
at the end of 2010. You can find a link on this page to the latest build of ClubDB; however after December 31st of 2010,
there will be no more new builds of ClubDB.
We would like to thank everyone who purchased and used ClubDB for your many years of
loyalty and support. Many of you have introduced ClubDB to other churches in your area, and some of you have even taught
sessions on ClubDB at your local Awana Fall Training Seminars. We can't understate the appreciation we have for all of
this support. Thank you!
We are currently considering what to do with ClubDB and its code, and talking about plans
for a new Awana record keeping software program. We'll post more information here when we know more.
